Coaching for Managers

 

Objectives:
Coaching is one of the most important leadership skills.

This training is designed for experienced managers / supervisors.



As a result of the training, participants should be able to:

Explain what coaching is – when to coach and when not to?
Demonstrate how to give effective feedback
Use a four stage coaching model to coach difficult performers
Demonstrate how to raise issues with good performers
Explain how coaching differs from counselling
Use coaching to lead people through change, e.g. RDR, TCF

Designed to encourage participants to exchange experiences
Use of real life case studies
Create personal development plan

Experienced sales managers (non-regulated) and T&C supervisors
