Lead to Succeed

tr-training

The difference between many average and highly successful firms is leadership. This programme will look at some leadership skills and concepts but the focus is primarily on how this applies to each delegate and their business. It is highly practical and interactive so it is not a review of leadership theories. To achieve this focus, the programme includes a pre-course leadership questionnaire and 20 minutes of telephone coaching before the day so that each delegate can identify their individual objectives for the programme.
This one day programme is for business owners and senior managers who run regulated firms and who wish to understand and develop their leadership style.
As a result of the workshop, attendees are expected to be able to:

  • Understand what leadership means personally
  • Identify their own personal drivers
  • Use transactional analysis to recognise positive and negative relationships
  • Develop trust through feedback and disclosure
  • Identify six leadership styles, and when to use them
  • Apply 5 leadership practices to your business
